✔ How to Request a Replacement

2. Send the following details:  
   • Order ID  
   • Photos/videos showing the issue  
   • Unboxing video (if available)

3. Our team verifies the issue within **24–48 hours**.

4. We ship a replacement unit OR issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds are only granted when:

• The product is out of stock for replacement  
• The product cannot be repaired or replaced  

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within **5–7 working days**.
