REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At HighGearToys, we focus on delivering high-performance RC drift machines with strict quality checks. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a Replacement-Only Policy.


1. REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Product is defective or not working on arrival (DOA)

  • Wrong product received

To be eligible:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging


2. NO REFUNDS POLICY

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor differences in product appearance

  • Improper usage or handling

  • Performance expectations not matching personal preference


3. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement unit

  • Replacement will be processed within 2–5 working days

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location


4. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our RC cars are performance machines, not basic toys — slight learning curve is normal

  • Battery, wear-and-tear parts, and accessories are not covered under replacement unless defective on arrival
